Known internationally and celebrated at home for his "LA Hands" logo, Slick often reworks the iconic hands on canvas and walls, as well as in sculptures and installations. Slick’s work has been presented in a variety of spaces, including the exhibitions: Art In The Streets at MOCA (Los Angeles, CA), LA Heat at Chinese American Museum (Los Angeles, CA), Beyond The Streets (Los Angeles, CA), and has commissioned his work for clients such as Adidas, Levi’s, Microsoft, Disney, LA Lakers, Mercedes and others.
Slick's latest project involves a collaboration with Li-Ning in a series of footwear and apparel being released internationally.
Representing Slick, The Curative Co. connected the artist with the brand and put the collaboration together on a release of footwear to be distributed internationally. The Creative Indivisuals was brought in to tell the story behind the project and Slick's inspiration behind the design.
To help build awareness, we created photography for the collaboration to be released online.
